    Roberto has significant digital experience gained with major Pharmaceutical, Pharmacy and Healthcare organisations globally.

    In collaboration with healthcare professional and patient groups in the UK and the USA, he designed, developed and introduced a new innovative patient engagement and pathway platform which benefited thousands of patients and helped to drive forward the healthcare systems agenda and objectives.

    Experience in: product life cycle; agile development; digital solutions design and delivery; digital marketing; programme design and delivery; stakeholder & communications management; suppliers relationship management; organisational redesign and culture change; process and pathway mapping; benefit realisation; B2B and B2C platforms; NHS Information Governance.

    Roberto holds a Degree in Business Computing and a Masters in Strategic Management.

    Ian is a very experienced Project / Programme Professional, expert in delivering innovative digital health solutions in the UK, Europe and US across multiple patient pathways.

    Key strengths include: working closely with business stakeholders and clinicians on a strategic and tactical level to scope complex and ambiguous opportunities; designing and implementing fit for purpose solutions, from out of the box configurations to bespoke design and build initiatives; collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to build programme management capability in a developing digital landscape; and using knowledge base and expertise to drive digital technology projects to meet quality, safety and regulatory parameters and drive improved patient outcomes and efficiency for payers.

    In addition to practitioner qualifications in Industrial Engineering, Project Management and Process Improvement, Ian holds degrees in Psychology, Design and Ergonomics and brings to the teams he works with a passion for all to explore, learn and grow.

    Nayan is a clinician by training and has worked extensively in the pharmaceutical industry since 2008 across commercial and digital health functions.

    He founded Avegen in 2015, and as it's Chief Executive Officer, he has taken Avegen from a services company to a digital healthcare product company, with customers in multiple countries.

    Nayan studied medicine from Manipal University, one of India's leading university and holds an MBA from London Business School.

    Enea Polotti


    Enea is a result-driven, entrepreneurial and people-focused Pharmaceutical, Health Technology, start-up and Corporate c-level executive with 19 years’ successful track record in sales, marketing and product launch as Business Unit leader, Commercial and Strategy leader. He worked and lived in Italy, USA and UK for the last ten years.

    He has a particular passion for the potential of technology applied to healthcare to solve real problems and make an impact. He co-founded an AI healthcare company in 2017 with which he gained some significant recognition. He is also supporting companies as a strategy and commercial consultant to prepare for product launches, optimise the product portfolio, sales strategy and operations.

    Enea was born and raised in an Italian family of small and serial entrepreneurs. In the family companies, he first experienced the life of an entrepreneur, the challenges and the rewards. During the university, the first independent entrepreneurial experience was a student entertainment venture with two peers. After obtaining his degree in Political economics and serving 18 months as an officer in the Italian Army, he decided that it was time to make a new experience and challenge himself to be a successful manager in multinational companies. He is an MBA graduate from SDA BOCCONI and DUKE FUQUA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS. A UDACITY Digital Marketing graduate, Enea is now busy with an Executive Course in Artificial Intelligence for Business leaders.

    He is married and enjoys spending the free time with his boys sharing the passion for sport and competition.

  • Charlie Oldham

    Charlie Oldham


    Charlie is a highly experienced digital and IT director having worked at a senior level for many years in Global FTSE 100 companies, operating in highly-regulated sectors.

    Having qualified as a chartered mechanical engineer, Charlie spent the first 15 years of his career progressing through engineering, programme, engineering director and general manager P&L roles within the nuclear industry, before transitioning into IT. This provided a solid foundation based on delivering timely and innovative solutions and services in the “real world” and extensive business, financial and leadership experience. Director-level business partnering IT roles in the nuclear, marine and aerospace sectors followed, then leadership of an application ‘centre of competence’ with accountability for definition and implementation of a global application landscape. Next, Charlie led a global IT cost reduction programme, before moving to direct a Project Management Office/Resource Management Office function with accountability for a multi-£100m portfolio of IT programmes and projects. Latterly, Charlie’s focus has moved to solution definition and implementation of digital manufacturing solutions in the aerospace sector, to drive step-change productivity and quality improvements.

    Charlie brings extensive Digital and IT experience spanning; business partnering, strategy and IT roadmap development, portfolio and programme management, business case development, solution definition, implementation of IT enabled business change and cost reduction together with a deep understanding of business across multiple sectors and regions.

    Charlie has a collaborative working style and has operated routinely and effectively with C-Level stakeholders, requiring adept influencing skills to achieve positive outcomes.

    Charlie lives in the beautiful Derbyshire Peak District and is a keen participant in country life. woodland management is of particular interest along with country sports and traditions. Charlie also holds a private pilot’s licence.

  • Saleem Haider

    Saleem Haider


    Saleem has a unique profile delivering digital experiences gained across multiple industries and through continuous professional education. Equipped with the latest models and techniques he has guided blue chip organisations across healthcare, retail, finance and telecoms to enhance their brand value and target ‘experiences’ as their competitive advantage.

    Mobile phone culture is central to modern lifestyles where organisations focusing on simplicity and convenience across a personal journey will gain brand attention and generate loyalty.

    Recently Saleem has worked with Johnson & Johnson as a technology partner within the marketing team in a digital health pilot programme. Having mapped healthcare processes and creating value propositions designing novel digital patient experiences. He lead design agencies through the ideation and patient focus groups to create engaging digital health services which better informed patients and provided remote consultations between patients and the hospital care team. He also lead the integration of the digital platform into multiple NHS hospitals ensuring data security and interoperability were maintained to NHS standards.

    This programme was clinically measured reporting improved outcomes and benefits for patients and hospitals. Recognising the value and potential, the organisation has set a strategy to scale the programme across EMEA. In his spare time Saleem is working with local groups (Schools, Local Authorities) in recognising sleep disorder as a lifestyle challenge (particularly for children) where lack of sleep can lead to health consequences including obesity. The long-term effects of sleep disorders have been linked to lower academic grades and therefore hampers future career and economic prospects.

    Before family commitments Saleem enjoyed living as a local across Europe, Taiwan and Botswana. He is now plays socially across all racquet sports and resides with his family in North London.

    Saleem holds A Masters in Digital Media and a Degree in Business IT.

    Christopher Panas


    Chris delivers advisory services to clients with the ambition to grow, either in their home market or internationally. His focus is on leadership/team development, strategy and negotiation. He has a wealth of business experience and has held senior roles in both private and public sector organisations. He has been involved in several stages of business from start-up through development, growth and disposal. Chris has worked as a consultant and a trusted advisor to both small and larger clients and is a strong relationship builder with a keen understanding of the needs of growing and dynamic organisations.

    Chris has an undergraduate degree in physics from the University of Bath and an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Bristol. Chris is a qualified trainer of The Leadership Challenge®, a qualified Leadership Practices Inventory coach, a Certified Lumina Spark and Lumina Sales Practitioner and holds an Institute of Leadership and Management coaching qualification as well as formal qualifications in marketing. He is a member of the Academy of International Business and a member of the International Leadership Association. He has strong knowledge and practical experience of building and developing teams and businesses in a number of working environments.

    Chris speaks English and four other European languages and has significant business experience in a variety of sectors. He worked for many years for a privately owned multinational with manufacturing, import and distribution activities in a range of industries in over 30 countries. He was a board level director of the UK business for over ten years and managed a number of large and complex projects.

    Chris has led organisations and teams through major development and change. During the 1990s Chris was part of a small team that, as foreign investors, set up, developed and ultimately successfully exited, via a sale to a major French multinational, from an import and distribution business in Eastern Europe. This helped him to experience many of the issues faced by dynamic and innovative businesses operating in challenging environments.

    Ruby Sangha


    With a strong track record of getting digital health projects from ideas, to commercial models, Ruby has been working across the digital health ecosystem to develop value in collaborations, and developing innovation frame works for large pharmaceuticals and med tech.

    Having an established career as a management consultant , and starting her career in clinical research as a full service global project manager. Understanding health challenges from the patient perspective, the healthcare practitioners as well as governmental. Ruby brought her skills together, to lead projects large and small. Some of here work has including helping pharma find partners for decentralised clinical trials, establishing a start up collaboration in the US, leading a large digital health programme, developing digital biomakers, as well as change management, NHS restructure, and project management.

    Ruby’s key strengths are working in complex environments with high levels of ambiguity, stakeholder management, and navigating regulatory environments.

    Having a keen eye for digital solutions solving health challenges, and the ability to commercialise them. Ruby also works with accelerators to judge start ups, and identify high impact start ups for the global healthcare system, as well as with start ups to find their place in the landscape. She is a mentor and coach and works with key opinion leaders on working with new innovations.

    Ruby has a MBA, a Masters in Drug Discovery as well as a Bachelors in Pharmaceutical sciences.

    Jonny has over 25 years in digital working with Interactive Dimension (ID) from the very start he then took some time away from the business and has held senior positions at McCann and Mando Group.

    Jonny returned to ID 10 years ago bringing integrated agency approach and capability delivered by small agency value and agility.

    Jonny’s passion is developing solutions to problems, exceeding expectations and forging strong mutually beneficial relationships with clients.

    Alex is responsible for implementing effective SEO techniques to drive the performance of client's websites, whilst working with colleagues on integrated marketing campaigns and gaining valuable experience across multiple channels.
